Why we ask for payment in advance
To confirm your spot on a tour you make a financial commitment in advance, so the planning at our end can be consolidated well in time. Several modes of payment are available - pick whichever suits you best.

Online payment gateway
Secure online payment supporting all major domestic and international debit / credit cards, net-banking and BHIM / UPI. Available on any fixed-departure tour page; for a customised or group tour we send a custom payment link.
A payment receipt reaches your email immediately after a successful transaction, and a tax invoice follows once we have processed the payment.
Domestic bank transfer
Add us as a payee in your bank’s online banking and transfer directly from the security of your bank’s own interface. Email us the payment details so we can trace it.
Receipt and tax invoice follow once the amount reflects in our account. Bank details are listed below.
International wire / SWIFT
SWIFT / wire transfers are often preferable for overseas guests. All bank charges for the wire transfer are borne by the sender.
Please write to us by email before using this mode so we can share the currency-wise correspondent-bank details. SWIFT and account details are listed below.
Cash
Usually discouraged - our meeting point is often outdoors or at a designated pickup location. If you need to pay in cash we will nominate a staff member to receive it and confirm the arrangement with you.
Cheque / demand draft
Officially valid but slow. Send the instrument well ahead of time by speed post, registered post or courier. We can begin confirming your tour only after the payment reflects in our bank, and we cannot be responsible for an instrument that does not reach us in time.
Not advisable for a time-bound booking or a discount window.

Pay and you’re booked
After the payment reaches us you receive a payment receipt and an invoice - that completes the booking.
