Terms & Conditions
These terms are an integral part of the Participant Agreement for every tour or event. Please read them before you book.
- Part of the Participant Agreement
- Team4Adventure India (OPC) Pvt Ltd
All tours and events promoted or sold on this website (team4adventure.com) are operated by TEAM4ADVENTURE INDIA (OPC) PVT LTD, a company registered under the Indian Companies Act, 2013 (hereinafter ‘the Company’, ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’), and are sold subject to the following conditions.
A customer is the entity desirous of participating in a tour or event, individually or collectively as a group (hereinafter ‘customer’, ‘guest’ or ‘participant’). We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions, and this may be done without any notification or advance notice.
Query & Booking
- A prospective customer opens a correspondence with us through the online query form on a tour or event page. The customer is expected to have gone through the details published on that page, and we may not reiterate them during the correspondence.
- Our tours and events may be seasonal as well as fixed-departure. The location, date and time from which a trip starts should be carefully ascertained from the tour or event page, or through correspondence with us. A booking should be initiated only if this is doable and agreeable to the customer.
- A query is converted to a booking only after full payment for the tour or event has been completed. A group of guests booking together should book only for the people who are committed; any tentative guest who might commit later can be communicated to us separately. A special group deal is calculated only on the guests committed with full payment, and does not include any tentative guest.
Payments
We provide a host of mechanisms through which payments can be made to us - online payment gateway, GPay, NEFT, IMPS, SWIFT bank transfers, cheques, drafts and cash. See our payments page to understand the various options in detail.
Modifications & Cancellations
Our tours and events have differing difficulty levels and limited possibility of being transferred to a different guest. When a guest is unable to make it and wishes to let someone else participate in their place, this has to be communicated to us in writing well in advance. If the planning phase has not kicked in too deep we will try to accommodate it as far as possible. However, if the notice period is too short, or if we feel the tour or event is not suitable for the prospective replacement guest, such a participant change may not be accepted, and the customer may have to go through the cancellation process.
In the event of a guest having to cancel their booking, there may be cancellation charges to cover the costs that go into aggregating the various resources to execute the tour or event. Our tours and events have differing advance-planning schedules, therefore the cancellation charges that apply to a particular tour or event are published on the respective tour or event page in the FAQ section, and should be understood by the customer prior to making a booking.
Please read our full policy for Cancellations & Refunds.
Indemnity
Each guest who wishes to participate in any of our adventure activities, events or tours is required to read and sign our disclaimer form.
Data & Privacy
For how we collect, use and protect your information, read our privacy policy in detail.
